Yay! I have no school today! But all my teachers decided to give us pounds of homework =p. I'm really suppose to be revising an english essay, but I'm taking a break. ahah

Carly's P.O.V

Why did I just say that? What am I going to do now? The words just spit out of my mouth. I didn't mean them-I think. Only one word was going through my mind now.

Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck. Ohhh fuckerrr.

I puckered my lips and finally gazed around the bus. Everyone's eyes were on me and Alex. My face was getting hot from embarassment. Alex was still letting out several light coughs, but other then that he was completely quiet..

For once I was begging for Jack to break the awkward silence. I waited. Nothing.  God dammit Jack.

I bit my lip and inhaled sharply. I searched for the words in my head that I could put out there. I tapped my fingers impatiently. "Well.....um, " I couldn't think of anything.

Alex jumped up slightly and turned to me. Thank god. I could tell by the look in his eyes he had an idea to get us out of this.

A small hopeful smile approached his lips. "Carly, will you be my girlfriend?"

Wasn't expecting that one.

I didn't have to look to know that everyone's eyes were wide and on me. Shit. I could see Alex's face falling in dissapointment. He could already tell the answer. I could see him gettin angry. We kissed, those kisses meant something to him and they meant something to me. He would think that I'm just using him.

It made sense why I was so skeptical about this, but I was starting to forget about the past and moved on. The only thing that lingered in my mind was that if Alex left me I would go down the road I once went down before. I couldn't do that to myself again.

"Um, I need to, um.." I was studdering now. Alex was completely sad now. I could tell. I wanted to hug him. I wanted to through my arms around him and say "of course I would", but I couldn't do that. "Im sorry." I whispered and looked down at the leather couch.

Alex got up and walked out the bus door. Everyone's eyes followed him and as the door slammed shut their eyes shot to me. I wanted to break out into tears, but I didn't. I never did. I could feel guilt towering over me.

"Oh, hun, it's okay." Kara came over to me and sat down on the couch. She pulled me in and hung her arm around my shoulders.

Zack came over and sat on the other side of me. He patted me softley on the back. "It's alright. He's just over reacting."

I shook my head no. "No that's not it. Ever since I got here I've been just fucking with his life. And then every time we kissed I knew we shouldn't have, but I gave in and just did it anyway and I don't even know why."

"Because you like him." I expected Kara to say this, but I raised my head to see Jack kneeled down in front of me. "And he likes you. He has always liked you. Ever since we met you. I could tell as soon as you slammed that door in our face the first day we met you all those years ago. I looked to him and he had a spark in his eyes that I never seen him have before. Now, whenever he see's you he had that spark."

I couldn't believe my ears. Jack was actaully telling me this.

He continued on "Remember that night I kissed you?" He aksed softly and everyone's eyes bugged out. He didn't care though, he just went on.

I nodded and thought back to that night. I was shocked and I remember how happy he was when I pulled back from his lips.

"I told you that it was a test. A test to see if you liked me or not because I knew someone who liked you but they thought you liked me. That person was Alex, Carly."

"Ok Jack, I know, but that was the past. You can't base that off how I feel now."

"It doesn't matter. You feel the same way. You wouldn't kiss him if you didn't love him."

I gulped "Well what now? He's gone."

Zack got up and faced me now "Alex chased after you four years ago. Now it's your turn to chase after him."

I thought about it. Alex did chase after me a couple of times when we were younger.

 I nodded my head "Ok."

Alex's P.O.V

The cold air was freezing my skin as I walked through the dark parking lot. My phone was vibrating in my pocket non-stop. After about five minutes I took it out to see that I had fifteen missed calls. Five texts from Jack, Zack, Kara, Rian, and Carly. I sighed when I saw her name.

I truly did love her, but she didn't love me. I was pissed at her right now. We must have kissed at least ten times in one day. She didn't even mean any of them.

I turned off my phone and just kept walking. It didn't matter where I was going. I just wanted to be out of here. There was guy the parking lot having trouble with his car, or at least it seemed like that.

"Excuse me!" He called over to me. "Can you help me out here?" He asked me from a distance.

I shrugged. Why not? It could get my mind off of things for awhile. "Sure." I jogged over to the guy. I approached him and he quickly grabbed my wrist. "Whoa, wait what are you doing?" I asked, confused.

He pushed me against the car and punched me in the cheek. I groaned in pain. The man chuckled and picked me up. I suddenly felt something cold press against my ribs. I looked down to see that it was a gun.

I quickly looked up in fright and saw him.

It's not much of a cliffhanger because I think everyone knows who it is. =/
Ohhhh well.
